Light Output and Beam
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 is equipped with a high-performance LED delivering 3000 lumens on high mode. The 6-degree spot beam design balances a focused centre spot for long-range penetration with a wider spill for broad coverage. The OrcaTorch ORCA7 offers three light modes: Medium at 800 lumens for regular diving and close-range observation, High at 3000 lumens for maximum brightness, and SOS strobe mode for emergency distress signalling. The SOS mode transmits the international distress signal of three short, three long and three short pulses.
Intelligent Single-Button Control
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 features a single-button control system, easily operable even with thick diving gloves. A single click powers the torch on and off and cycles through brightness levels from Medium to High to SOS. The button integrates a real-time battery indicator: green indicates sufficient power above 60%, yellow indicates medium power between 30% and 60%, red indicates medium-low power between 10% and 30%, and flashing red indicates low power below 10% with recharge recommended. This allows the diver to check remaining battery life without surfacing.
USB-C Direct Charging
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 is powered by a 21700 format high-capacity 5000mAh lithium-ion battery that supports direct USB-C charging. No separate dedicated charger is required. The OrcaTorch ORCA7 can be charged from any USB-C power source including power banks, car chargers and laptops. The battery is removable by unscrewing the head by hand without tools, allowing easy replacement and the option to carry spare batteries. Runtime is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes on High and 3 hours 40 minutes on Medium.
Construction and Depth Rating
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 is constructed from high-grade aluminium alloy with hard anodization, providing excellent impact resistance and seawater corrosion protection. Its dual-seal structure with high-quality O-rings has passed rigorous pressure testing and operates reliably down to 150 metres. Its compact 130mm length (141mm with hanging loop) fits easily into BCD pockets or exposure suits.
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 is available in five colours: Graphite Grey, Space Silver, Champagne Gold, Lava Red and ORCA Orange.
