Delivery Time
We ship with DPD. For most products, delivery takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Longer Delivery Times
Some of our products come from brands that produce in small quantities or offer custom-made items. These may have longer delivery times of up to 8 weeks. We will always keep you informed about the status of your order.
Pick Up In Store
You can also choose free pickup at our dive shop in the Netherlands. As soon as your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email or phone so you can collect it at your convenience.

Use of Forwarding Services
If you provide an address belonging to a parcel forwarding or consolidation service (such as Mailboxde, MyGermany, or similar services), the following conditions apply:

End of Responsibility: Our responsibility for the parcel ends once the delivery confirmation shows the parcel has been successfully delivered to the specified forwarding service address.

Risk Transfer: The risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you upon delivery to the forwarding service.

Liability: We do not cover any losses, damages, or delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the forwarding company.
