At the top, a semi-dry design deflects splash water before it can enter the barrel, keeping the breathing path clear during surface swims. When water does enter the snorkel, a drain valve at the lowest point removes it quickly with a single short exhale.

The lower section of the snorkel is made from flexible silicone.
