Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the risk of loss or damage during return shipping lies with the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

Gift cards and items on sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the process above) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Days Right of Return
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
As noted above, all return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-20 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
