Display and Lenses

• LCD Window: Full-screen display window made of optical quality polycarbonate. (Display protector sold separately)
• Lens Connection: Optical glass lens connection with anti-reflective coating on the inner lens surface. Lens frame allows the attachment of a colour correction filter underwater. Compatible with filter and lens accessories from earlier SportDiver models.

• Note: Requires SeaLife silicone lubricant (included). Use only SeaLife brand silicone lubricant. Other silicone lubricants may cause the O-rings to swell.

Mounting and Expansion

• Tripod mount – Three standard ¼-20 tripod threads for attaching lights and accessories.
• A wrist strap is included.
• We recommend attaching it to the buoyancy jacket using a spiral cable/snapper.
• Expandable: Suitable for underwater lighting and accessories - compatible with the FlexConnect system.

SportDiver App for iOS and Android

• Available Languages:  English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Traditional and Simplified Chinese
• No personal data: The SportDiver app does not require registration, no ads.

Modes  

• Photo - Press the shutter to take a picture
• Video - Press the shutter to start/stop video recording
• Settings Menu - Adjust camera settings (see below)
• Playback - View photos and videos
• Delete Function: In playback mode, press the OK button. Android only. This function will be added to the iOS app with a future update.

iOS Settings  Description

• Lens: Ultra-wide, wide-angle, telephoto, and triple lens (depending on iPhone model)
• Focus: Automatic or manual
• White Balance (WB): Auto, UW Deep, UW Shallow, Manual (3000K to 8000K) in 100K increments
• Temperature (WB): If WB is set to Manual, adjust the colour temperature between 3000K and 8000K in 100K increments
• Tint: If WB is set to Manual, adjust the tint between +150 and -150 in increments of 10. iOS only
• Exposure Value (EV): -3.0 up to +3.0 in 0.3-stop increments
• Aspect Ratio: 4:3 or 16:9
• Image Format: JPEG, HEIF, ProRAW, ProRAW+JPEG, ProRAW+HEIF
• Image Resolution: 12 MP or 48 MP. 48 MP if the ProRAW image format is selected
• Video Resolution: HD, 4K or ProRes (depending on iPhone model)
• Zoom: Yes – the zoom range depends on the lens selection and phone model.
• Stabilisation: Automatic or Off. Applies only to video recording
• Self-Timer: Off, 3 sec., 5 sec., or 10 sec. Counts down the time that elapses after pressing the shutter until a picture is taken or a video starts
• Power Saving: Off, 1 min., 2 min., or 5 min. (Press any button to wake)
• Display Brightness: From 10% to 100%
• Leak Alarm: On or Off. Off bypasses the 3.5-minute pressure test before diving. The water sensor leak alarm is always on
• Version: Shows the current version of the iOS app installed on the phone
• Data on Screen: Shows exposure settings. This setting is located in the permissions of the SportDiver app.

Android Settings  

• Lens: Choose one or more lenses (depending on phone model)
• Focus: Automatic or Manual; Press the OK button to access and adjust manual focus
• Shutter Speed: Automatic or manual (1/30 sec. to 1/2000 sec.)
• ISO: Automatic or manual (50 to 3200)
• Exposure Value (EV): -3.0 up to +3.0 in 0.3-stop increments
• White Balance (WB): Automatic, Manual, Underwater Deep, Underwater Shallow, Daylight, Cloudy
• Manual White Balance: (2000K to 10000K) in 100K increments
• 3-Shot Burst: Takes 3 pictures within 1 second
• Photo Resolution: Shows all available photo resolutions. The maximum photo resolution is 12 MP
• Video Resolution: 4K, 1080p or 720p at 30 frames per second (fps)
• Zoom: Yes – the zoom range depends on the lens selection and phone model.
• Colour Effects: Off, Black and White, Negative, Sepia (depending on the phone model)
• Stabilisation: On or Off. Applies only to video recording
• RAW+JPEG: When “On”, both JPEG and RAW are captured; when “Off”, only JPEG is captured (depending on the phone model).
• Power Saving: Off, 1 min., 2 min. or 5 min. (Press any button to wake)
• Display Brightness: From 10 % to 100%
• Leak Alarm: On or Off. Off bypasses the 3.5-minute pressure test before diving. The water sensor leak alarm is always on
• Data on Screen: On or Off (shows exposure settings when on)

Important

• The app supports iPhones and Android smartphones with the current and previous installed operating systems.
• Depending on the phone brand/model, some settings may not be available.
• Some settings may be locked (unavailable) due to other conflicting settings.
• For example, the ProRAW image format is only available with an aspect ratio of 4:3.
• The lens selection setting may not include all available phone lenses.
• Telephoto lens is not available for Android phones.
• Check the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for updates to the SportDiver app.
• New app versions are continually being developed to unlock additional features.
