Size Guide
Use this guide to find your perfect fit. Measurements are in centimetres (cm) unless stated otherwise.
Important: The wetsuit must fit tightly — neoprene must always be in contact with the skin. Air pockets reduce thermal performance. Valid for 3 mm, 5 mm and 7 mm wetsuits.
- A. Weight — as accurate as possible
- B. Height — from the top of your head to the ground
- C. Chest — front from neck to stomach
- D. Waist — below the ribs, above the hips
- E. Hip — circumference at the buttocks
- F. Torso — trunk of the body
- G. Inseam — inside leg, crotch to ground

Choose a size that gives comfort and freedom of movement. Skins must be fitted to the body — their thermal power depends on direct skin contact.

Choose your BCD size with your wetsuit on. Too tight compresses the rib cage and makes breathing difficult. Too wide causes the tank to "dance" and affects buoyancy control. Check that the waist belt closes properly.

More than 25% of body heat is lost through the head and extremities. The hood must be fully fitted without leaving space for water circulation.
